Local anesthesia drugs are commonly divided into procaine hydrochloride, lidocaine hydrochloride, bupivacaine hydrochloride, ropivacaine hydrochloride, etc. The so-called local anesthesia is to inject local anesthesia into the human body, so that nerve conduction is temporarily blocked, and play an anesthetic role. There are many kinds of local anesthetics, with different onset time, anesthetic effect time and dosage. They are often divided into two categories according to their chemical structure, as follows:
