What is Baricitinib?

Baricitinib is a disease-modifying therapeutic drug used to treat diseases caused by dysregulation of the immune system, such as rheumatoid arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Baricitinib application:

3. Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)

- Baricitinib's mechanism of action is similar to other JAK inhibitors that have been approved for PsA treatment, such as tofacitinib and upadacitinib.
