synthesis
At about 60-65°C, 80% hydrazine hydrate (60 g, 1.19 mol) was added dropwise to a solution containing the product of Example III (50 g, 0.16 mol), Raney nickel (1 g, 2%) contained EtOH (750 mL) and water (150 mL). After the addition was completed, it was stirred at the same temperature for 30 minutes and returned to room temperature. The reaction mass was filtered through a pad of celite, concentrated in vacuo, EtOAc (100 mL) added and suction filtered. The wet cake was dried in a forced air oven to give the desired product as a creamy solid. Yield: 43 grams, 95.55%
