Natural Turmeric Powder

Brief introduction

Curcumin, also known as acidic yellow, is a natural phenolic antioxidant extracted from the rhizomes of ginger plants such as turmeric (containing 3%~6% curcumin), curcuma, mustard, curry, and tulip. The molecular formula of curcumin is C21H20O6 and the molecular weight is 368.38. Curcumin is an orange-yellow crystalline powder with a special odor, slightly bitter taste and non-toxic.

Application

1. Anti-inflammatory effect: Curcumin can inhibit the release of inflammatory factors, reduce inflammatory reactions, and have a certain adjuvant therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease.
