What is Recombinant Trypsin?
The recombinant trypsin was isolated and purified from recombinant Pichia pastoris.
It is a genetically engineered enzyme of biochemical grade and does not contain enzyme inhibitors such as DFP, PMSF and TLCK. Its activity is inhibited by serine protease inhibitors such as PMSF and TLCK, and metal ion chelators such as EDTA.
